The Lefers Fruit Farm is a long-established family business in the Altes Land region that has been growing fruit for more than 240 years. Since 2017, the Lefers family has been running their farm biodynamically according to Demeter guidelines and operates its own farm store.

Nestled amid the picturesque landscape of the Altes Land region lies the Obsthof Lefers on Obstmarschenweg in Jork. Here, everything revolves around freshly harvested fruit from their own biodynamic orchards. Amid lush apple trees and blooming orchards, visitors can not only enjoy nature but also experience firsthand how organic quality and sustainability are put into practice in fruit farming.

The farm stand offers seasonal delicacies—from crisp apples, cherries, and juicy pears to homemade juices, fruit spreads, and regional specialties. Everything comes from the farm’s own organic cultivation or from the region, which makes the freshness and flavor truly distinctive.
