In their farm store, the Meyer family offers cheese made from thermized and GMO-free milk from their own cows, which are kept on pasture. The milk is freshly bottled in a mobile cheese dairy and processed into cheese directly on the farm. After five weeks of maturing and care, the Oppelner Kees is sold.
