Museum
The Jewish Museum—a memorial and exhibition on the recent history of the Jews of East Frisia—has found a good home in the former community center of the Esens Jewish community, next to the remains of the synagogue destroyed by the Nazis in 1938.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Free guided tours
Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m.

Guided tours are also available year-round by request and arrangement.
