Turm-Museum in der St.-Magnus-Kirche

Museum
Lookout tower
Spanning five floors of the St. Magnus Church tower, built in 1845, the museum chronicles the architectural history of East Frisia’s largest church as well as its contents. 113 steps lead up to the observation deck near the bells, past the mechanical church clock from 1873, a wooden hearse from 1930, and huge organ pipes. The view from the bell chamber out toward the East Frisian islands is particularly charming.
